Miss O’Sullivan Head of Art & Photography Senior Teacher KS4 Progress Manager
My favourite subject in school was Art, taught by my favourite teacher. After a Graphic Design degree and working in normal office jobs for a while, I missed working creatively and was talked into training as a teacher, which I loved straight away. Although my role has adapted over the years and I now wear different hats, the Art block feels like home. I love to travel and spend time with family and friends, read a good book or watch a box set (my guilty pleasure) while I am painting in my own studio. But my favourite past time is street photography and exploring cities and different cultures.

Miss Lound Art & Photography Teacher Attendance and Welfare Lead ITT/SCITT and ECT Co-ordiantor
I didn’t always want to be a teacher, as I came from a family of teachers. However, after university (and having a managerial job that I didn’t particularly like) I found I enjoyed training new staff and developing their skills, so I looked into teaching and I haven’t looked back. Students always ask when I started ‘doing Art’ and my answer is I can’t remember as it has always been a natural hobby for me to do, especially photography, which I do a lot of in my spare time along with my contemporary hand embroideries. I love to go on holiday and my new found hobby is attempting to make my garden look like I know what I am doing.
